In order to track your Instagram statistics you must have a Facebook page linked to your Instagram account.This is a requirement of the Meta Graph API.
To create and link a Facebook page on mobile follow these steps:
Go to your Instagram profile.
Select Edit profile.
Under Public business information, select Page.
Tap Create Facebook Page or Connect an existing Page.
Choose a Page from your Pages that you'd like to connect to or select Create a new Facebook Page.
Tap Done after you've selected a Page or created a new Page.
To create and link a Facebook page on desktop follow these steps:
Click the button below to go to the Facebook Page creation section of Facebook.
Once the Facebook Page is created, click on Boost Instagram post in the menu on the left of the page.
Click on the Connect account button in the center of the screen.
Once your account is connected go back to the Eros webpage and attempt to link your Instagram account again.
The Meta Graph API authentication workflow does not currently support mobile devices.In order to link your Instagram account you must use a browser on a computer.
Please visit app.erosmarketing.io from a computer browser to finish connecting your Instagram account.
Note: After your account has been linked you can continue to use Eros from your mobile device as normal.
